AhlulBayt News Agency: Palestinian resistance factions confronted Israeli occupation forces advancing on multiple fronts in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, inflicting casualties, according to local sources.
In a joint operation, fighters from Al-Quds and Al-Qassam Brigades eliminated an Israeli infiltrating force in the “European” area southeast of Khan Younis. The resistance fighters targeted the unit with an anti-personnel shell and engaged in close-range combat.
After returning from the battle lines in southeast Khan Younis, Al-Quds Brigades confirmed they had targeted a special Israeli unit of ten soldiers entrenched in a building in the “European Housing” area. The fighters struck the soldiers with a “TBG” shell, resulting in deaths and injuries, which prompted the landing of several helicopters at the site. The operation took place on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
